What are your experiences with hypoxia clamping? What other PE modalities have you done in conjunction with hypoxia clamping? Did you add in hypoxia clamping on top of a routine you were already doing? Did you have to remove any exercises? Did hypoxia clamping cause any type of over work or fatigue? How long did it take for you to see girth gains? Anything you would do differently?
This question is mainly geared towards girth goals, but gentleman who have incorporated hypoxic clamping with length training are welcome to add to this discussion
