All aboard the Gain Train??

Been consistent for a few months now and noticing some signifanct flaccid gains. Erect gains should be coming soon, yeah ?

Current routine 2 sets x 20 minutes male hanger 1 set x 15 minutes soft clamp 3 days

3 sets x 20 minutes 1 set x 15 minutes soft clamp 2 days

I want to start a morning routine also

So in theory-

Morning 2sets x 20minutes malehanger 1 set x 15 minutes soft clamp

Evening 2 sets x 20 minutes malehanger 1 set x 15 minute soft clamp

I ordered an M9 Python clamp and once it arrives I plan to swap soft clamping out for that and drop the time down to 10 minutes.

Would this be over training??? Or an acceptable progression
