Is it possible to shrink silicone sleeves?

Has anyone ever tried shrinking the silicone sleeves? Possibly by boiling it, then submerging it in ice water? Im in a weird in between sizing, I can fit into the 1inch diameter sleeves, but occasionally get an air leak
