Hey all. Could I get some routine critique?

I compression hang 2 sets x 20 minutes Then clamp 1 set of 15 minutes 5 days a week

I just swapped pumping out for clamping this week.

I have been on and off PE for a few years. I have been consistently hitting my sessions for a couple months now.

Should I start adding more sets? Or keep the same pace. Minimal soreness after my sessions
