What tension after returning to PE from decon
Post Body

I am nearing the end of my 1 month decon. I did absolutely zero forms of PE during this break, not even pumping; a complete rest. Prior to the decon, I have worked my way up to 50 minutes in the extender at 10lb of tension. As far as pumping, I worked my way up to 30kpa/ 8-9 in/ hg of vacuum pressure.

I would expect my baseline to the strength adaption to have been lowered, being that I have taken a considerably long decon break. So my question is, what tension and vacuum pressure should I use once I return to PE? Is there an average/ "ball park" percentage I can go off of? Should tension/ vacuum be decreased by 15% when returning to PE? 20%? Half? What have you guys done in your experience. Thanks guys.
