Is it easier to gain length or girth?

Hey everyone. This was just a thought I had and wanted to get opinions on. When I look at some guys pics such as adult actors, I notice that some of them don’t have crazy length but instead have an above average amount of girth which makes them look big. Is it easier or more realistic to make girth gains rather than length gains? What is the most efficient way to do that? Thanks in advance
