Time to increase tension?
Post Body

Hey bros, I need some advice. I’m a little over 6 months into PE and I am very pleased with my results so far. As of right now I have gained 1 inch in BPEL and .25inch in MSEG. I haven’t really changed much in my routine besides gradually working up in pressure and tension.

My question is I am currently up to 1 hour in my extender with 10lb of tension. My percent strain has slowly been going down (From 4% to a little as 2%). Is this an indication to specifically increase tension? I had just recently added 10 minutes to my extending time (Up from 50min), whilst keeping the 10lb tension.

What would be the limit of tension being used in the extender? Is there even a limit/ dangerous amount of tension that is used? Is the limit relative to how conditioned someone is? Thanks bros ✌🏽
