i’ve been considering to start my PE journey as i am very insecure with my size and want a better sex life. My size is 4.2 inch and my starting goal for now is to be atleast 5 inch in length, mainly focused in length. Normal sized condoms fits baggy and feels slipping when i had sex and it made me really insecure about having my dick is below average. I’m happy to discover this with helping each other so i really want to start and i feel motivated to deal with my insecurity. I’d like to start in manual and some time use a device to maximize my gains in a short period of time. what is the best manual routine that is successful for huge length gains that you can recommend for starting out? What i need to do before after that? i heard some say to drink meds, if yes what meds? tips to avoid injury? what is difference of manual stretch and jelq i heard that it dangerous? how long do i manual strech to use a device? thank you so much!
