So I’ve been casually working with a male hanger on and off for about 6 months. Nothing consistent, but worked up to 7lbs.
I had been thinking that was a lot and I shouldn’t go up. However, I saw a post the other day where people talk about hanging up to 15-20lbs.
So. I decided to up to 10lbs for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes in a bath mate pump (first time pumping after hanging )
W O W. have I been doing this wrong for so long.
That was a full 24hours ago and my flaccid hang is STILL substantially better.
