Sup guys, Iām coming up on my 6 month mark of doing PE. My routine consists of some warmups of light fulcrum stretches, tunica scraping, then extending in the Frakenstender followed by static length pumping. Gained 1ā in length, and .25 in girth (Going to remeasure 2 more separate times for accuracy).
So my question is, for those who have gained beyond the 1inch mark, did you guys do anything different? How much harder was the second inch? Any major changes to your routine, or just slight modifications? Thanks guys
