Time to switch to girth?
Post Body

Whats up guys.

So I've been using BD's Interval Length protocol religiously for 125 days now.

I've seen quite a slow down in gains the past 3 weeks.

My routine isn't crazy.

Only 6.5lbs in the Apex 10 fatigue sets 7-5 minute strain sets

10 minutes in a pump post workout.

I have been failing to hit 2% post workout elongation for about 2 weeks now. Despite doing a ton of tunica release techniques, Adding heat, only doing every 2-3 days, etc.

I've recently found out that if your BPSFL is over 5% of your BPEL it's smart to switch to girth.

Mine is at 7.5%

So I think im going to make the switch to girth despite not reaching my length goal beforehand.

What do you guys think?
