What's up everybody. I joined this group a couple of months ago and I can't believe it took me this long to discover it. I've been doing PE off and on for the last couple of years seeing minimal results. But recently I've been taking it very seriously in the last several months and committing to it and finally seeing some actual results. Since I joined I've been in the process of putting together a solid routine. My question is would Tunica scraping be more beneficial during my warm up before my session or after? My thinking is that the Tunica scraping during the warm up would be more beneficial getting everything relaxed before my session begins.
