At about an inch in gains

First pic: about 6 months into sparaticly doing manuals and pumping… I remember before this pic I did a lot of “fluffing” to make myself as big as possible
Second pic: after several years of extending, hanging, and everything else… this pic was taken after a 2 week deload, in cold weather, with absolutely no “fluffing” before… these are my cemented gains… so far 😎
I’m all honestly I most likely was less than 7” when I started but back then refused to accept it was my size.
