Filling out BPSFL to BPEL
Post Body

Hey guys, currently been doing PE for about 6 months. Started off with a manuals and pumping routine mainly aimed towards length gains. Didn’t really get too serious into it until I got an Apex about a month ago. After following research in this group, I started a routine of interval pumping and interval extending with abit of a tunica release technique during extending. I both pump and extend with a cock ring on made from a doubled up section of a sleeve. After the first few fatigue sets I would begin to start massaging and scraping. So far after beginning to note down lengths before during and after my session, I am reaching 2-4% fatigue every session.

24/10/23 BPFSL: 150mm During extending: 156-162 (4-8%) After session: 155mm (3.3%)

20/11/2023 BPFSL: 172mm During extending: 184-185 (7-7.5%) After session: 178 (3.5%)

My BPSFL has had solid gains but I am not seeing much in my BPEL.

In a post I just read upon Perv recommended bfr clamping every second session to begin filling out that free space created by the extending and pumping.

Would a 5-10min erect soft clamp after the session be a good start?

Stacked rings for bfr?

I should have noted, I started doing this aswell, and am still reaching goal fatigue! I can’t measure to the rim during extending though as I can’t really tell where the rim of my glans is underneath the sleeve on the vac cup.
