Hey guys,

Been lurking on this sub for a while, filling up on the reading materials and what not, and I have a few questions for those willing to answer them:

  1. I know that there is a manual workout section, but I’m wondering if it’s better to just jump straight into using an extender and start pumping? Is it better to see what’s feasible just from manual stretching?

  2. Somewhat related to the above section, I have trouble grabbing into the glans because of my foreskin, what’s the best way to “get a grip” with manuals if it’s constantly slipping out?

  3. Is citrulline and other vasodilators best taken in pill form or do you guys put them into a pre-workout and then start lifting?

  4. For those of you who are married/live with a partner, do you tell them what you’re doing when you’re running the exercises? How do you manage your time doing this 5 times weekly?

Thanks for your help!
