When is too much?

I know BD recommends his length protocol as every other day. But right now I've done 3 days in a row and I'm feeling and looking great. I did every other day for 3 months and now I want to see if it's ok to do a length session everyday as long as I don't have stress factors like retracting after a session or soreness, etc. What do you think BD? Should I only rest once over training factors come into play?
