Using a vac pump, go in hard and pump up to 10 HG. Try to hold the 10 HG for 10 minutes, release the pressure then back up to 10 HG. Il do this for 20 minutes about 5 days a week,
should I use a cock ring while pumping and how long should I leave one on for ? Thanks
