Got my air pump and extender/vacuum hanger in this week.
Started out vacuum hanging using the water trick using 1 lb for 5 minutes, 7.5 minutes the next day, and 10 minutes today.
I pump immediately after and starting out at 5 inhg for 5 minutes.
I’m slowly working up time and weights. Goal is to get to 3 sets of 20 minutes of hanging and 3-4 sets of pumping for a total time of 20 minutes and get up to 7 inhg(from one of Hinks videos). I’m thinking I’ll probably take weekends off, but hink says he never takes a day off unless his schedule forces him to.
Haven’t taken measurements yet, getting that done this weekend so I can track progress. Pretty sure I’m around 5.5 long and around 4.5 in girth. I’d like to break 6 in length and 5 in girth.
Any tips or feedback would be greatly appreciated
