I’ve been doing PE for almost a year. Discussion on progress will happen on a different post.
Nonetheless, I started with manuals then went quickly to devices almost immediately (after the first month)
What I’m starting to see is that there are newbie gains that I may have missed with BTC and ligament stretching.
I don’t want to spend a great amount of time on these cause I dedicate enough time with my devices.
So in the shower I’ve been doing BTC stretches. But I’m also washing my hair, scrubbing body, etc.
To save time, I’m doing BTC but holding my penis in place by tucking it between my legs. E.g. mangina.
Question is… is this enough tension? Or do I really need to be pulling and holding with more force?
