Hey guys, so I'm 6 weeks into BDs length protocol and I'm finding it very hard to hit strain metrics. Specifically post workout elongation. My session rn is, 10×1 minute strain sets 3×5 minute fatigue sets, adding a 4th set next week
I use the apex extender and I have my tension set at 58MM (5.5lbs)
My question is, am I even doing enough volume to be hitting strain metrics yet? I believe he says not to even worry about it until month 4 but I wanted to hear your thoughts. I tried using a heat dish last session and only hit 1.97% and the session I did today was with a heat pad and barely hit 1% post workout.
Despite me not hitting strain metrics, when I pump I'm the longest I've ever been in the pump and ive kept my pressure the exact same.
My thoughts rn is to change my malleability routine. Because im not getting that "puddy" feeling. So I probably need to do more intense releases like bundles.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
