Can’t get rid of curve (1 year) - Peyronies? [5” x 5”]

Hey brothers… I’ve been hanging and pumping regularly for about a year now. I’ve seen no improvement in curvature or length. Has anyone had luck and have advice on straightening their pipi? Does this curve look concerning enough to speak with a doctor? I’m 34, and 5” x 5”
