I’ve been testing this method for about a month now and I’ve gotten 0 blisters. I just used those heal sleeves from the total man site and wrap my head and just below it, and I’ve never gotten blisters. Much easier than using tape, hopefully somebody innovates with this and creates a sleeve shape out of this material with the shape of a head wink wink.(current just fold it down so my head isn’t exposed on the open end). 0 blisters and slight edema build up, still getting 10lbs of tension(not sure what the lbs are in this photo, just setting it up for photo) w/o slippage with the apex.
