Starting but always traveling and not a lot of time

Hello Gents,

I am on the go/travel a lot for work and based on what I have read here is that to see gains, I need a consistent routine and time. Which I don’t have lots of. Looking for suggestions on what methods/exercises will be best for me with the little time.
Currently I’m 6” and looking gain an inch in length and add some girth along the way. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work out there.
