Giving up on length work because of hf

B:6.7BPEL 5.5EG C: Same

So I got a light case of hf after trying hard clamping for the first time. Since then I took time off when the symptoms seemed to subside a bit I started pumping again which actually seemed to help a bit. I tried to add in length work again and within two days my hf symptoms seem to be back to the starting point and I wasn't able to expand as well in the pump. Maybe I should stop altogether or only do pumping. Anyone with hf continued to gain or is it best to just stop pe with equipment altogether?
