New length routine is off the charts and takes an hour

Been following BDs protocol and have nothing but good things to say. Gains are coming faster with less time and mental energy spent on PE.
- 10 minutes of tunica scraping and BFR massage
- 35 minutes in extender (10x1 minute strain sets, 5x5 minute work sets)
- 10 minutes of interval pumping (5x2 minute sets at 5hg pressure)
