Goal 8” - Advise for a newbie?

Currently 7 (did I measure proper?) and hoping to get to 8. I use an extender most days for at least a couple hours and water pump as regularly as I can for 3 sets of about 5 min. My stretching routine isn’t consistent, but I try to stretch at least a few minutes each day too. I’ve been at it for maybe 2 months now and feel like I’m not getting anywhere…

I see some success stories on here. How long and how consistent were you if you saw growth? Any advise on how I can better my chances of growth?
