Hey guys we all love to focus on increasing size but we can probably all agree increasing stamina and libido are equally if not more important for a fulfilling healthy sex life. Along with increasing my size I wanna be able to regularly go multiple rounds and have more sex with my lady in general.
I'm looking for exercises, literature, and techniques to reduce my refraction period and have more sex in a night as well as regularly. Iv done some work to become multi-orgasmic but that focuses on not ejaculating while I orgasm but of course my lady would prefer more๐ฆ so I'd love some insight in best ways to reduce the refractory period as well as mentally wanna go for it which is more likely the challenge.
