Im 8x5.9 right now pre-pe how much can I realistically hope to gain in a year in both length and girth?

Im 18, and looking to set a goal for the 3,6,9, and 12 month marks, will be taking pictures before i start. Will be using bd’s 1-3 length and some clamping for girth gains, also thinking of buying hinks no booster as well! Any estimation that are reasonable for these milestones?
