Rest days!? 3 on 1 off or 3 on 2 off? Thoughts?

I saw some people saying 2 off days will bring about more shock to the unit and continue to grow not getting use to it as much… what do you guys think about this?
Current routine; 3 days working 1 hr compression hanging 3 x 20min - 6 x 20min depending on day 4~ - 8~ hrs of ADS 3x5min bathmate
1 day off.
Repeat
Should I up my days off to 2?
