I wrote out this huge thing, but I've decided to make this a lot shorter.
Basically, I have no money, no job, no friends, no motivation. What I do have is my boyfriend, my kitty, and my workouts. These three things are the only things making me feel less like the husk that I am.
I'm pretty deep in the hole, so to speak, so I am wondering what little things you guys have done that have helped you get into a healthier routine.
Things I already do: shower, workout, make my bed, laundry...but that's about it. I have been attempting to go to therapy - but I have to use government due to the lack of money, so it's pretty unreliable.
Things I have tried: Attempting to make friends through online places - like r4r (I even have an okcupid just because), still attempting therapy (please don't mention medication - I have no money for it/nor do I have money to go to the doctor/etc), recently, I have been trying to at least go outside once a week for a little bit at a time.
I'm agoraphobic, socially anxious, and majorly depressed.
If anyone has any little ideas - that could hopefully lead to a healthier routine/lifestyle, I'd love to hear them.
