I'm trying to be more intentional about how I spend my time and I want to try adding some structure. I find if I just say 'I want to read more' or whatever if there isn't a specific time for it I just won't, I'll notice a few days later that time has passed and nothing has happened on that front.
I'm not really sure where to start for an effective schedule. I work freelance so a lot of my daily schedule is up to me. I tried making one by just picking times somewhat arbitrarily and even set alarms on my phone but they all come at really bad times. I recognize there'll always be an adjustment period but are there any good tools out there to give a better starting point?
Also any advice regarding sticking to a schedule when you don't have a boss or someone making you do it?
