[ADVICE] To increase your productivity steer clear of Emotionally draining activities

So I have been living with a close friend for some time and I have listed below a few things which drain you emotionally and give a huge blow to your productivity.

Emotionally draining activities

• Being apologetic all the time. Don’t say sorry for every small thing.

• Fighting. Just don’t fight with the close and loved ones. Don’t even go toward fighting. With no one. There will be exceptions. But try as much as you can. The world can be made right after some time.

• Trying to prove things. It’s a huge baggage. Just don’t do it. Till it’s for academic or work related purposes.

• Getting into confrontations. Avoid them as much as possible. Just know that your wedding can wait. No need to confront your mom today.

• Getting stuck for long time in the game. Fix time for playing, 15-20 minutes.

• Not knowing what to do. Always try to have at least a rough idea of what you are going to do.

This list can be as exhaustive as you can make it but the point is steer clear of things that drain you emotionally. It just kills the productivity.
