Hi,
I used to be someone who gets up pretty early back in school (5AMish). I'd been able to read and put my mind to anything I wanted to learn. Fast forward, these days I wake up too late imo. I work on a 12 PM to 9 PM shift, which easily gets extended to 10 PM on most days. To come back home, settle in and have my dinner would take another hour or so. In short, i am not able to sleep before 12 or 1 AM, sometimes it goes to 2 AM as well. I wake up around 9AM, which I want to bring down to 8 or 7.30 atleast. Even on weekends when I don't work I am not able to wake up early mostly because I feel so lazy. I want to try meditation in the morning or some reading, that is the whole context. What changes can I bring in my routine?
