So, this is what I do to keep focused. I write a to do list! I aim to tick at least 1 box/goal each day. It feels rewarding. Even small steps are better than none remember that.
ITS TIME - to focus on my health; eating and getting in the gym again are my 2 main goals for the month. If you're in a similar position then please comment/message me! Let's push one another, daily check ins.
