Hi, I moved to Munich around a year ago and now I'm working in a big tech company as Security Engineer, the thing is that I would love to return to my previous role in which I was working for a vendor as a Sales Engineer in my origin country. But it seems like in Germany it's almost impossible to find a job as SE or SA without fluent German like C1 level.

So two months ago I started to invest my time in learning the langauge I'm finishing A1.1 now and thinking about getting 4 or 5 extensive courses that at least on the paper are supposed to get me to the c1 level in approx 12 months.

The question does someone know if it even possible?

Also I worried about losing my experience as Sales Engineer in the past ( I did it for 3 years ) but one year is passed already and another one is going to pass until I can even achieve C1.

Also I've started thinking about looking for such roles elsewhere like UK where English will be sufficient.

What are your thoughts?
