I have been working for a logistic Company as a nebenjob. In my contract it says that I am obligated to work the hours needed to earn more than €450 (min 5 Days for me) a month. If I don't then they wont pay me for that month and pay the dues in the next month. The Students are all foreign Students.

This was normally not a problem in the past but this month, I could not work much due to my Studies. I missed a workday due to sickness. I messaged the Personal Leiter that I was sick and could not come to work and arranged for a replacement the night before work. I got the Arbeitsunfähigkeitbescheinigung from my Hausarzt. But the Leiter has not replied to my message.

This company does not seem to pay sick days to the students. They say technically they can still cut off the names of the students before they start to work and if a student says they are sick, then they will simply remove the name. They also never ask for the Arbeitsunfähigkeitbescheinigung and never reply to the message, if any Student mentions it in the message.

I had a similar case where I couldn't work due to Corona and they simply removed my name from the list and did not pay me anything. They have posted a poster what to do in case anybody gets sick but When I asked, they said that it did not apply to the students.

What can I do to make them pay me because I wont be able to pay my bills if I don't get paid this month.
