To put a bit of context, I live in germany and i needed a tv so we decided to buy one from a website that is germany. I ordered the Tv back in Agust of last year and since then nothing has arrived and i asked multiple times for a refund just to be answered with lies and lies that the refund was in the way. I asked for help to https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de/ which are suppose to work as intermediaries but they did as much as they could and the company said the same lies to them not giving anything back. The intermediaries email me today saying that there is nothing they can do and therefore the close the case.
What am i suppose to do now ? I really need this money back, i just dont want to waste a huge amount of money to nothing
Is there a lawyer or something that i can contact that could help me get my money back ?
I already asked one but they said that the cost of them helping me will surpass the cost of the Tv and therefore they can not help me
The tv costed me 289 euros and i live in Hamburg if that helps with anything
I read some comments from the review pages and apparently with the help of some sort of paper from a lawyer they managed to get their money back.
I dont want to share the address or name of the website because I dont know if i should, but i have both.
I cant go personally to where their store is since its very far away from Hamburg
