If you worked the same job and same pay that's eligible for a blue card, however you worked under 18-months Job seeker visa (for German University graduates) then converted into blue card for the rest 3 months, does that satisfy the requirement of accelerated PR in 21 months?

The job is the same throughout the entire time and it would've been eligible for blue card on the 1st month. I didn't convert to Blue Card because the JSV was more secure (no need to leave Germany if I lose the job, ability to freelance, etc.)

I've done some research on this and it seems for some people time worked under JSV was counted and for some it didn't.
