After 4 long sad years of being dog-less I adopted this cutie patootie Benny this past week. He’s 6 months old and came from a rescue type of situation. He still has his dewclaws in the back, I didn’t really think anything of it but a couple people mentioned I should have them removed? I work on a ranch, he’d be outside all day with me and I guess they could get caught the sage brush? I’m just curious on what the best thing for him would be, I imagine getting them removed at this age would be uncomfortable. He has a vet appt in a few days but I guess I just wanted to ask around about it first. Thanks in advance for your 2¢ 🤍
thank you, i kinda hit the lottery with him, he's such a cool dog :)
“Sewn on by accident” lol that’s how bennys feel too. I’m gonna order some gel right now, that’s a good tip, thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you. 🫶🏼 He was living in a trailer park in a tiny kennel and now he has 400 acres. His personality is really starting to show now 🥹🩷
Oh okay, luckily mine is pretty good about getting his nails trimmed
