Could I feed either of these as treats/supplement?

I saw these reptile dehydrated treats and wonder if they'd be good for gerbils too. The first one is just vegetables and fruits, and the second is similar fruit/veg mix with some worm types too. I'm thinking the first one would be fine, and maybe even the second? Serve them as they are- dehydrated crunchies - instead of rehyrating like the package says though?
