PC stuttering on graphics card

So, I get a lot of stuttering on GD when using my laptops graphics card, but the game runs much better on integrated graphics, albeit, not perfect. Has anybody else had this issue?
I have a Lenovo y50
-12 gb ram
-500gb Samsung Evo ssd
CPU: 2.4GHz Intel Core i7-4700HQ (quad-core, 6MB cache, up to 3.4GHz with Turbo Boost)
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M (4GB GDDR5 RAM); Intel HD Graphics 4600
Screen: 15.6-inch, 1920 x 1080 FHD, LED anti-glare backligh
