Will RobTop ban 18+ levels that are all gore, no fanservice?

I have a lil intrusive thought lately, will RobTop ban gore levels? Well most of the community composes of adults, but this game was originally for all ages. If levels like Peaceful and too kiD frIEndly exist, does that mean levels are allowed with blood and gore? Even if there is no smeggsy fanservice anyway? Just a genuine question, mods please don't remove this. Ty
