Sore arm when playing gd?

(Currently beating thanatophobia) Ive not noticed it on terraria which is the only other game i play on pc. My arm gets sore in literally 2 minutes and it’s really affecting how i play. My chair height seems good and im also a pretty good rock climber so I doubt its just shitty fitness.
