Can anyone explain all these sea-to-sea rivers in Southern Myanmar?

My first thought was a delta, but this doesn’t seem to be at the mouth of any large river. A lot of these rivers seem really short and just drain the surrounding forest. Is this maybe just a big mangrove swamp or something, with islands separated by river-looking straits?? I’m confused
