I want to define a function, like this (not the exact function but the smallest example which reproduces the problem and makes sense). Imagine I want f(x)=Sum(PrimeFactors(floor(x))). This seems like a reasonable thing to ask, and will return a number for every real number you put in -there are no domain issues for positive real numbers >= 1). However whenever I try anything like this it just doesn't work, it can't seem to accept 'PrimeFactors' being used within a function definition.
I would use a variable instead but I need a plot of my function. Any suggestions?
