Hello there,

I’m Sven or at least that’s what I go by online. I’m a 24 year old guy from the Pasadena area in Southern California working on a degree in nursing, and I’m here looking for that special someone but also very much looking for friends. Before I continue I want to note that this is my first personals ad and while I really don’t know what I’m doing I’m trying to show some confidence and vulnerability.

Anyways, I have the ever so entertaining ADHD and autism combo which has over the years led me to have a wide variety of hobbies and interests. Currently I’m getting back into singing, though I still play video games, this year I’ve mostly been playing Tears of the Kingdom. I also have been keeping up with some anime and manga, I'm super into One Piece. There are also a lot of things I’d like to get back into like hiking, camping, swing dancing, and more. As far as interests I am prepared to provide a lot of random, probably useless information on a myriad of different topics. Everything from lizards to linguistics, from grappling hooks to Gintama, you get the picture.

When it comes to what I may bring to the table I have a fair few amount of skills though like my interests, the situational usefulness of my skills may vary. I’m pretty handy in general as far as troubleshooting and repairs go, it’s a real jack of all trades situation. Also I’m calm under pressure and have some solid first aid knowledge for people and pets. I am also a pretty good cook, if I do say so myself, I can smell my way around a spice cabinet and I can work my way through a lot so long as I have a recipe. I even won the Best Pie award at an official city event, I don’t even like pie and it was my second time baking pies ever. I’m also decently strong and sturdy, at 5’5” and over 200lbs I’m built like a classic LOTR dwarf which can certainly come in handy if you need someone to move furniture. Also I like to think of myself as funny too but I suppose that’s more up for interpretation. As far as the emotional side of things I like to think of myself as empathetic and caring. I am fiercely loyal to those I care about and I like to do everything I can to help them.

As far as kinks and all that jazz I am very new to everything. I am a virgin and I’ve never been in a romantic relationship or even been on a date so I am definitely still learning. That said, currently my limits/ boundaries are going to be a lot of the scarier things, anything that will leave a mark really, gross stuff, or things that make the relationship feel transactional. As far as what I’m into well since I’m so new I’m still working out what I like in my fantasy vs what I like irl, so I will need time but I would be excited to explore. When it comes to what I want in a partner I find that many things are situational. Ideally I would want someone in my age range of the 20s, with similar more left leaning ideologies as me. Mostly things like physical appearance, religion, all that stuff isn’t such a big deal to me, I want to be compatible with someone emotionally first and then mentally before physically. I should mention that I can be a bit clingy and I do need some reassurance especially but I of course am respectful of any boundaries and avoid trying to make people uncomfortable. Ideally I’m looking for a long term, in person, monogamous relationship with that special someone who somewhere down the line I can start a family with but like I said at the beginning I also very much want to make new friends and experience new things too. In fact, I had always imagined that my future partner in crime would know me first as a friend. I should note that while I would much prefer people nearby willing to hangout in person, I am also happy to start online, especially with friends I don’t mind being online.
