Getting taxed on a gift shipped to me?!

Hey, just got an email from Post.ch saying that I need to pay 60 CHF to get a parcel that a relative sent me as a gift. The item inside is probably worth 60 CHF . Not sure why Iām getting taxed for that? Can I contest it ? If so how ? Thx
