I’ll be honest, not only do I think the codex is bad, but it’s not fun.

I was fine with being a middling army in 9th and a weak one in 8th because we still felt fun and thematic, now our army rule has made it so that your ability to win is based on those few revive rolls and our units are locked at a high price point.

I know it’s just my opinion, but I don’t think the problem is being weak, it’s the inability to play well. GSC has always had some amazing players because we lack a lot of core strength, a good mechanic that makes the players have to be skillful and it’s an army that lets its players be skillful

10th doesn’t feel like it has enough depth. The only part of the army that requires much work is deep striking and cult marker placement, which leaves us as a weak army with a low skill ceiling, as opposed to an ok to bad army with a high skill floor, but incredibly high skill ceiling that let us punch up

Mostly just casual games against friends, but not too much, around a dozen before I kinda just gave up. I had pretty much no fun with the faction, although I did have fun cause I was playing with my friends

Your free to disagree and enjoy the faction, I just think that it was disappointing from my perspective
