Any advice not sure what I'm doing wrong

First time swapping a motor got the motor in everything hooked up realized I forgot to do my slave cyl8nder in the trans after clutch so dropped the trans can't seem to get it to bolt to the engine. Guid pins look lined up I get it close but can't get it to sit flush. 6speed
