Who else has had this paint problem front bumper
Post Body

2018 Genesis G80...The top of the front grill bumper assembly and window rails has totally faded. Rest of the paint is doing well. Talked with Genesis as the car only had 55k miles and they didn't seem to care and said they would have to open a case as it was out of warranty. Got lucky and Genesis of Las Vegas made me pay for a paint protection warranty when I bought the car (of course put on before I purchased the car). A company called The Treatment.com...after a drawn out fight with them they finally agreed to pay for the repaint of the front assembly. I would like to mention I have dealt with thousands of companies, this company The treatment.com is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never seen such mean, rude and uncooperative people in my life and would not recommend anybody to do business with the treatment.com. They tried every trick in the book telling me I waited too long to tell them ... Then once they approved it I had 30 days to get everything done . They even called the paint company and started making my appointments for me when I was out of the country it was absolutely ridiculous, and tell me was my problem I couldn't make the appointment and if they probably weren't going to cover it as it would be past 30 days total... I would have to call them again before I took it in but they probably wouldn't cover it. Absolutely horrible company in my opinion.
